You can cancel a parking booking directly through the Inugo app.

Tap the Bookings button from the menu in the app

1. Tap the Bookings button from the menu in the app
2. Tap the Cancel button
3. Tap Confirm

You will receive a confirmation email once the booking has been cancelled, which will also specify any refund that has been generated.
